My research lab is housed in the Department of Biological Sciences at Louisiana State University. My mission is broadly cast in creating fundamental scientific knowledge via innovative science that links insects, spiders, landscapes, and their conservation in support of sustainable ecosystems and human well-being. Our work takes place in the rivers of Memphis, salt marshes of Louisiana, and ecosystems in Southern Africa (Zimbabwe and South Africa).
